the Training Program

Everything you need to know before you start your certification journey.

How long does the ThermoSeal certification take to complete?
The ThermoSeal Certified Installer program includes 12 modules plus a final certification exam, approximately 8–12 hours of self-paced online training. Most installers complete it within 1–2 weeks while maintaining their normal work schedule. Your progress is saved automatically between sessions.
Each module quiz requires an 80% or higher score to unlock the next module. The final certification exam also requires 80% or higher. If you don't pass on the first attempt, you can retake the quiz, and your best score is always retained. Passing scores are never downgraded by a retake.
No prior experience is required. The curriculum starts from the fundamentals of spray foam chemistry and builds progressively through application technique, equipment, code compliance, and business management. Whether you're new to the trade or an experienced installer looking to get formally certified, the program meets you where you are.
Upon passing the final exam, you receive a downloadable ThermoSeal Certified Installer certificate personalized with your name, company, and date.
